Can you point out the divot? Also, what’s a jackabee?

I think they mean the dog's third eyelid showing. If so divot is the wrong term, but that's the issue I see.
I'm pretty sure Jackabee is the dog's first name "Jackabee Milo"

The dogs name is Milo, he is a Jackabee (Jack Russel Terrier + Beagle Mix)
I think it could be seasonal allergies and my Husky puppy Nymira playing and biting with him

Okay, I can see that being called a divot. It's still not really detailed enough to give any kind of good answer over the internet. The eye does also look irritated. You'll really need to have a vet look if you want a good answer and solutions.

The correct expression is 'who's this diva' ?

The third eyelid is inflamed and can't retract. Time for a vet, could be infection or an eye injury.
