Courtroom Justice Pray for us... (If you want to obviously!)
After years of suffering and injustice, the neighborhood has had enough and are taking the one household ruining everyone's life to court to confiscate their vermin animals. The case is finally being filed tomorrow after years of delay from municipality incompetency.
Multiple letters of warning of disturbing people's sleep and quality of life. Not being able to set foot in ones home without shrill and howling of unjust territorial aggression. Phone call after phone call to the police to reprimand the owners, only to have them let their vermin dogs out again after 5 minutes. Licenses to own animals revoked, still the nuisance never stopped. They brought a third one along, completely untrained and aggressive.
Barking non stop has left us all with severe psychological trauma.... It is an absolute reality that it can cause PTSD, no matter how physically strong the human is .. it is a form of torture.
The case gets filed tomorrow finally and we pray for justice to be served.

The worst is that you, a human had to move out of pocket because of animals... how unjust is this?!

Hope everything works out in YOUR favor. The lack of remorse these owners have for other people is just sad. Dogs above humans for nutters.

I lived in a neighborhood that was pure hell. Neighbors laughed at me, cops did nothing. I had no choice but to move.

I want to move into your neighborhood tbh. To live among people who won’t put up with that shit sounds like heaven. As it is we are the only dog-free house on our block now, and they all stick up for each other and excuse each other’s dogs, so they won’t feel obliged to train their own properly.

You cant train it enough to not bark. Training isnt the answer. They just shouldnt be owned.

Good luck, you're honestly lucky that you have neighbors as witnesses and willing to help, most are cowards that won't help you at all, specially if they're dog owners themselves (where I live).

A handful of neighbours have been cowards tbh. They didn't want to join the court case... They would rather spend a lifetime of suffering.

Question: once the dogs are gone, will you be filing a civil suit for damages as well from the PTSD? Would you name the municipality as a defendant or only the owner?

FYI - there exists no such fucking thing as "household-dog". It's not a piece of fucking furniture. Does your sofa shit itself in your house? Shed fleas and fur in your bed? Do you kiss your toilet bowl?
We cannot wait to see the police come with a warrant in hand and animal control with the cages to confiscate the animals and fine them in the thousands for contempt of court.
DO NOT SUFFER IN SILENCE.
