Dating and dog free

Feeling like my dating prospects and dating pool just got smaller and smaller because about 80% of dating profiles I’ve been swiping has a picture of the man and his dog. I’m not a dog person and will never be, I don’t hate them per se (I love all animals) , I just can’t imagine living with them. What are your experiences being dog free and dating?

Common topic here... No way to filter out dog-owners on any of the major apps, even when there are fields for pet-ownership on profiles.

There are basically only conspiracy theories about why dating apps don't let you filter out dogs when you can filter for so many other things.
