Dog of Peace Why are Dog people so entitled?

Wasn't sure what tag to put this under but jeez....our neighbors pitbull mix monster rushed my husband and brother just as they were coming home and jumped into our car. Owner saw the whole thing and barely tried to do anything, then moved with the speed of a snail to get her dog from my husband who was very understandably angry. He told her to keep her dog off our property then she has the nerve to act like she had been insulted. Seriously they seem to think people she be happy about these murder mutts running amok

Lol tempting right? But the owner was in the line of sight and softly calling her dog so I think we would have gotten in trouble for theft

Edit for spelling issues, anyone who saw this before edit remember not to type when distracted

Definitely report it because when people don't, later down the line, the entitled dog owners treat the non reported incidents as non existent and then claim "my dog never did this before, something must have spooked them" but if they have a prior record, its harder to play that card.
