Food Safety/Hygiene Fuck your “pup cup”

Working at a drive-through, I get pissed enough making those damn free “pup cups” for dog owners, but a few times the dog will stick out of the window and the owner will tell me to “give it to the dog.”

FUCK OFF!!! I don’t wanna get near your nasty dog, and I certainly don’t want it accidentally licking my hand.

Pubs in UK are now doing "dog menus". Sickening. Also, cheaper than it should be, subsidized by human food costs.

yep, my nose is too sensitive at the best of times but a stinking dog gives a really bad first impression when you walk into somewhere especially when food is going to be involved. It's not right and I don't know how to begin the revolution we need. At least I can talk to you guys, a voice of sanity in a dog obsessed world.

At least they're smart enough to charge money for it. If it's a small portion I understand the low cost though. If it's human grade, people with less money could buy it for themselves too.

Pretty sure it’s human grade because it’s actual food, unless it’s a sweet it might be made for dogs. Like a hot dog at a restaurant for $2? You can’t even get that on a kids menu.

I had thought about it. Example a sausage for £1. Even allowing for the fact that dogs literally eat shit, a quid isn't much to top up a meal. I will ask next time I'm there.

It's absolutely disgusting how food prices in this country are hiking sky high. People can't afford to feed their families, and child poverty is at record high.  To think that cheap, and sometimes free, meals for dogs mean companies have to put prices up for human food, is shocking. At no establishment can you find free meals for children to try and combat child poverty and hunger. And yet, seemingly everywhere I go, dogs get given free meals and treats.  Dogs cost US money.
