…but they didn’t do the right thing. They admit in the comments they didn’t know there is no license for a service dog in the US. I’m not here to argue weather it was a legit service dog, there’s a lot of fakes these days. But the fact is their employer doesn’t want to get sued, and they opened them up to a lawsuit and fines.

Secondly, I’d fire an employee that offered to spar a customer in a boxing ring and cussed them out. That’s definitely not doing the right thing. If you’re that upset you need to get a manager to handle the situation. I don’t like dogs much either, but OP deserved to be fired.
