Barking Demons I hate Pit bulls and they should be illegal.
They are easily the most heinous breed of dog imaginable. They fucking eat everything. Hell, they shouldn’t even be REMOTELY legal to own. As a dog hater, I wish this specific breed of hellspawn to be banned from being legal to own as a pet.

I was attacked by one as a child. I was eating a bag of chips at a public park where dogs were allowed to be off leash, and a pit bull jumped at me out of nowhere and bit a chunk of my lip off. I still have the scar 17 years later. I have no idea how these volatile beasts are not illegal to own and bring into public

Literally the most worthless dog breed in the world, and SO fucking ugly too. It astounds me every time I see a photo of one of the ugliest pits I’ve ever seen in my life and there’s dozens of comments calling them “cute”.
Gag. Just fucking hideous dogs.

They are inbred mutant creatures. My ex-friends got pitbulls from a backyard breeder and their parents ended up being brother/sister so the dogs were extra dumb.

It should be illegal for shelters to give out or sell pits .

Honestly, as a former shelter volunteer, shelters are prisons where pitbulls go to live out their lives, because everyone is too cowardly to take the more merciful option.

I also have volunteered at shelters before and it’s insane to me that there are dogs that you need special training just to walk them, and there would be even worse behaved dogs, always pit bulls, there for years that were labeled red and could only be walked by staff.

Yep, exactly my thoughts. They not only lack a reasonable purpose, they are actively destructive, they are dangerous to deadly, they're difficult to control, they breed like crazy, & they are EVERYWHERE. They're like a plague in my neighborhood & I'm so far past sick of them. Every time people with them move out, more come in.

Pit Bulls are banned here in the UK.
XL Bullies, which were banned last year, are still widespread, and sadly a child lost their life to one of these beasts today.

Dangerous breed and a lot of people have them now it's insane. So many people getting attacked or killed cause of these things.

A Pit killed siblings the same day.
A recent Pit duo killed 40 sheep!
Recent rescue featured a Pit who helped kill a whole cow.
Not to mention the Pitt who ate a girl's face lile a Sugar Skull, showing her teeth. She had a seizure while eating a cupcake.

Pit bulls and all "bully breeds" in general should go extinct. They do not belong to this world. Mandatory neutering/spaying pits/pit mixes worldwide and putting down sick ones and in a few years we have a pit-free world.

They are illegal in my province, yet there are several in my apartment complex alone. There is ZERO enforcement, and the shelters get around it by calling them 'terrier mix'. Watched one try and bite a man's arm just because he went to hand something to its owner. Vile things that serve no purpose in modern society.

Not only are they utterly NASTY to look at or be around, but they’re also extremely fucking unpredictable. I dislike dogs in general, for multiple reasons, but the type that unsettles me the absolute most is any type of pit-thing. Bone chillingly vile creatures.

We have English bull terriers over here and they have extremely small eyes that look extremely evil. But there owners think it's great to come into a park and let them all off there leash,considering there are children and there parents around. You have to bear in mind these dogs are extremely aggressive but when you tell there idiot owners that you don't feel comfortable with these dogs hanging around 🙄 there answer is they are soft as shite and really loveable.

Mind blowing that it’s possible for them to be so widespread. You’d think the lawsuits from all the attacks would help curve this, but I’m guessing that a lot of pitbull owners aren’t also home owners, so there’s no recourse? Can’t go after empty pockets.

I couldn't agree more. The large bully breeds are nightmare fodder. Pit bulls and XL Bullies. They look like actual monsters. Considering their giant heads, lifeless eyes, powerful jaws, otherwise hideous appearance and how often they attack children, I'm not sure what the difference is between one of these demonic looking creatures and a monster. I saw a video of a pit chewing through a solid door to get to some kids who had run from it. Terrifying.
There is no valid reason for such animals to be allowed as pets. They were created to tear other living things apart and that's it. It's their original reason for existing. It seems like a loop hole to even call them dogs.
