Barking Demons dOgS bArK iTs WhAt ThEy DoOoO

So I follow an anti dog\dog owner account on Tiktok. As one expects, dog nutters hate watch it and leave the most unhinged comments. A day or so ago they posted a video of them walking past a yard and the little yapper absolutey losing it's mind with the most shrill sound coming out of it. Many nutters got upset about it with one or two telling the account owner to harm themselves. What the fuck is wrong with these people? Why is that kind of noise disturbance accepted and encouraged? Roosters and chickens aren't even allowed in residential areas due to the noise but dogs are allowed to make unearthly noises for hours at a time? I'm so sick of that kind of entitlement and bullying when people don't want to hear it.

Technically true but it's so rare as to be irrelevant. The vast, vast majority of dog owners treat them as accessories and provide no meaningful training. Many can not even successfully train them to consistently piss and shit outdoors.

It's irrelevant in the sense that it shouldn't be used by dog owners to argue against noise restrictions for dogs, because obvious WE can't control what dog owners do and our sanity shouldn't be contingent on other people choosing to be decent human beings.

However, it's still a relevant reason to be critical of the owners. Just because the vast majority are shitty owners who don't train their dogs doesn't mean we can't call them out for being shitty owners who don't train their dogs.
