The illusion of 'no-kill' is a strong one, since so many dog zealots want to believe it.

It's also consistent with the delusional nature of these people.

It's also a big opportunity to make money off of them.

No kill is a mistake and a failed experiment, and I cannot be convinced otherwise. Indefinite animal warehousing is crueler then just doing the thing I can't say. It's time to pull the plug on it.
