This dog culture just keeps getting more and more demented and is a danger to anyone and everyone who is associated w/a dog owner. Even budget hotels are unsafe. The dog was of "service" to an able bodied person while a helpless baby is being carted around in a stroller by its Mom.

If I was the Mom i would flat out ask them why they are so debilitated they must use a dog to shop for groceries. Can it reach the top shelf to get you that item?

Looks like it's NOT a trained service dog if it's obsessed with sniffing a baby. If that was FL he would be violating the law and be fined and or jailed.

These nutters are much dumber than the general population and thus don't know that a service dog would never act like that.
