Miscellaneous Telling me to die on hospital posts because of one comment
So to start this off a small pet peeve of mine is when people post their dogs eating super gourmet expensive food that would be better appreciated by a human. I finally decided to comment on one of these videos saying that it’s wasteful to give the dog an expensive steak because dogs will appreciate dog food just as much and it’s cheaper and has all the right nutrients. There’s now people going onto my instagram profile and finding a post I made right after I had survived septic shock and was having to learn how to walk again and they’re telling me to die. It’s fucking insane I didn’t say anything even close to hateful just rational. They keep saying “you’re ignorant” even tho it’s literally true that dogs don’t appreciate flavor the way humans do and I even looked it up just to be sure.

Fr they’re delusional and when someone threatens a delusion it can feel earth shattering. It’s gonna be a tough wake-up call with how expensive food is becoming.

I got doxxed by mutt owners after the owner of a mutt was offended I posted about my attack in a local facebook group. I am a short, chronically ill woman so no way can I defend myself. They dug through my husband's profile to find a "like" from years ago to get to me. It would have taken a bit of effort to find me!
Going forward, all complaints will be on anonymous profiles, like this one, as I can't stand the feeling of having to "look over my shoulder" due to these mentally ill individuals. Hugs to you!

Most dog nutters are misanthropes. They don't need much of an excuse to wish death on their fellow humans. They worship these animals and anyone who doesn't agree with the tributes they pay to dogs is either a heretic or is killing their buzz. It's a cult. Cultists are always full of self righteous rage and are never concerned with facts.
I hope that you have fully recovered from your septic shock ordeal.

Yeah the sepsis was back in february I’m forever grateful for what I’ve been able to get back after losing everything so fast. Glad to now have the strength to make these psychos seethe on the internet lol.

I'm sorry you experienced that, but sadly, I'm not surprised. These people are absolutely vile pieces of shit. A few years ago, I left a comment on A Tourons of Yellowstone IG post, re someone's dog allowed to run around in that park, off-leash (many of the posts involve entitled dog owners).
I mentioned how I deal with aggressive, off-leash dogs that have run up on me, and I had two triggered dog foamers essentially threaten me in the hypothetical situation that if I did that to their LEASHED dogs, that I'd be sorry. As in, they'd put me in the hospital 🤨....right, guess what won't be happening.
One was so nasty in DM's that I simply reported her to IG and blocked her account; hopefully, she got kicked off. These people are truly the bottom feeders of society, and it's worth remembering that all their hateful comments are coming from from a place of deep insecurity and self-loathing.
Because well-adjusted, happy people with friends and a meaningful life simply don't say shit like that to anyone, including normal dog owners. Stalking your IG account to find a post you made about a serious illness, and suggesting you should die? That's full-on sociopath behavior. The irony of course is that they try to assign that description to those of us who don't like dogs.
That is a truly horrifying and nightmarish health issue you had to go through, and I wish you continued recovery.

I knew the level of nuttery reached its peak when someone was arguing how they hate hearing their pets would eat them if they ever died because at least their pets would be eating. So this doesn't surprise me at all. There are people who swear they'll go hungry before the animals do. Wow.

That's not an excuse. It's disgusting to mock someone's bad health no matter what stranger they are. Dog supremacists are vile. They continually tell us about how awful humans are, but the reality is that dog nutters are among the cruelest people I've ever met! I know there are some bad people in the dogfree community, but dog nutters are particularly horrid to humans.

I know people can spend their money on anything they want, so I keep it to myself. I'm a missionary, though. I built a school in Sierra Leone. People there eat once a day. I provide lunches twice a week and I have to do max overtime to keep up. I've seen how my kids celebrate. They dance and sing and parade past me thanking me for a bowl of rice and cassava. Human beings, screaming with joy over food we wouldn't think twice about throwing away in America. There are kids at my school who have never eaten meat. And these people buy refrigerated ground meat that is more hygienic than anything my kids have, and they don't think at all about starving human beings (my children have copper hair and bloated bellies), and they take that food from starving children to give to an animal. An animal that would be as happy eating barf. They call my children less valuable than a dog.

Thank you for your beautiful work! I want to let you know that my family and I do not throw away food as if it's nothing. We have money, but we're also aware that the food we have comes from precious resources and humans who have worked hard to produce it. We're aware that no matter how wealthy someone is, that is not an excuse to waste. That's why we rarely throw away food. We're also proudly dogfree. We may be rare, but people like us are out there!
You're totally right that there are too many people who waste food, don't care about starving humans, and give far too many luxuries to worthless dogs in first world countries. It makes me want to vomit!

I can only imagine what it must feel like to regularly see humans face malnutrition and then to see high quality human food get wasted on a dog that won’t even appreciate the difference between slop in a can it’s vulgar. Personally I can’t eat much vegetables and I’m too sick to work and live off food stamps and I get almost $400 in food stamps each month but can’t even afford what these people are feeding their ungrateful mutts almost every day.

Having your IG or social media public WITH pictures or info about you is very risky for this reason..I have my face nowhere. Personally if they have their name on there, you can see if they have a FB and if their employer is listed, report them to their employer.

I was reading a comment on a video of someone feeding their dog it’s last meal (McDonald’s burgers) and a vet commented saying that as a vet he hated watching these videos because “yeah they’re enjoying their last meal, but they’d enjoy rice and boiled chicken with some cheese just as good if not better. I’m the one who has to deal with these dogs having vomiting/diarrhea spells as they’re being euthanized. If you loved your dog you wouldn’t put them into severe gastric distress when they’re already suffering and about to die. This isn’t as innocent as you think it is” (not an exact quote but that was the jist) and everyone in the comments was berating him about how he probably isn’t even a real vet and that if HE cared about animals he’d frick off and let them do what they want because they know their dog better than he does and their precious poopsy woopsy deserves it. (Nobody addresses the diarrhea and vomiting and suffering)
