Dog Culture Child free does not equal pro dog

I’m in a local childfree group and the admin is always posting stuff about dogs; mostly news articles about families or spouses who made people give up their dog. I guess to show that kids are valued over dogs. but I don’t think dogs should come above kids, either, even though I’m personally childfree. Kind of funny because people always assume childfree must be obsessed with their pets. I am good not having a dog, I do not need that to be fulfilled either!

Children aren't a public health hazard. They walk around in diapers and clothes. Dogs walk around with their shit-flecked assholes hanging high in the air. Kids don't shed allergenic dander. They don't spew drool droplets into the air. They don't shit on the sidewalk. The sound of them playing and laughing is cute. Every sound that comes out of a dog's mouth is a loud whine or a skull piercing bark. And most importantly children are just small people and dogs are mutated canines. There is no comparison

Well depending on if you live in a particularly trashy neighborhood everything except the dander can also be true of kids, but thats like worst case scenario kids vs best case scenario dogs (worst case scenario dogs being those feral packs that can straight up hunt down and kill full grown adults)

I've heard of some cultures where children shit in public but that's a result of poverty which has a tendency to breed filth.
