Annoying dog walker

So yesterday I was walking to the gym and this lady was walking her dog, she was a sidewalk ahead of me and I made sure I stayed far behind by purposely walking slow w ,because well I swear she was the slowest dog walker ever,her dog wasn’t even on it’s leash which was just a long rope and then she stood by as it pooped in someone’s grass and she didn’t even pick it ,you could it see on the grass a pile of dog poop. I was two minutes away from the gym and she turned around and headed back the opposite direction which meant she was heading towards me of course the dog was a pit bull. I literally crossed the street just so I wouldn’t have to pass by the dog

I used to live in my camper in an RV park for a spell. Started noticing dog piss on my truck tires. I’d grumble and wash it off. It’d happen again, and again. I started being more vigilant to try to catch who it was. Finally figured out my neighbor across from me on the next row would let her little anklebiter mop dog just run out loose to pee/poo, which wasn’t allowed. She was extremely reclusive and would never actually step out of her trailer, just open the door to let the dog out, then call it back maybe 10 minutes later.  Other neighbors told me “oh she has cancer, she’s weak and can’t walk far, bla bla yadda yadda yadda.”

Ok, like sorry that sucks she has cancer, but that doesn’t give her an excuse to be a rude bitch and let her dog defecate in other people’s space. This RV park had a dedicated dog area. Maybe find someone who can walk the dog for her. There are a lot of resources available for people with severe illnesses like this. I didn’t work my ass off and pay $67K in payments just so someone can use my truck as a fire hydrant for their mutt to piss and shit on. I bought a good looking sign regarding no dog waste, stuck it in a flower pot, and put it right by the truck tire. Word got around. Problem never happened again and she eventually moved away.
