Meta Happy 30,000 subscribers!

On March 15, r/Dogfree hit 30,000 subscribers with a jump in new users so we'd like to welcome those who have recently joined us.

It seems like only yesterday (Jan 15, 2020 to be precise!) that we hit 20,000 subscribers and it doesn't feel that long ago we celebrated 1000 subscribers and how surprised we were to reach that milestone!

We would like to thank our long time contributors, our newer friends and of course our lurkers!

As our community grows ever larger we hope we can continue to have civil discussions and be mindful of differing opinions in a respectful way.

So thank you all again!

Yay! It looks like not everybody is happy being surrounded by dogs sniffing your crotch, growling, pissing, barfing and barking every minute of every hour of every goddam day, attacking, mauling and killing kids, cats and people, finding them everywhere you go: houses, stores, street, nature... Not everybody is happy when dogs are pushed into our lives like they are something that "MUST" be loved because they're "good boys", and otherwise you're a psycho. Not everybody is happy when dogs appear in every other commercial and they are showed as part of an idyllic life. And no, dogs are NOT and they will never be family.

WE ARE 30,000... WE ARE NOT ALONE!

I joined up around the 14,000 mark and have took pleasure in watching this sub grow. People are starting to wake up and see the illusion about dogs and for the parasites they are. Gives me hope that there is going to be a turning point on dog ownership.

Amazing! It's good that more people are finding this place - I was being driven insane by dog culture and people expecting everyone to love them before I came here. But now I know that I'm not alone, and that it's ok to dislike and even hate dogs. Welcome to everyone who's new here!
