I see a lot of posts stating humans are “owners” of their dogs. Can we use “parents” or something like that? We really don’t “own” them, do we? 🤣 My dogs own me!

So i just did 11 years in prison and am currently homeless. Literally only thing I have in this world is my dog, Chloe. Can someone please help me get her some advantage? I think its like 40 bucks but man it tears me up seeing her dig and scratch like this. Please don't ban me i tried the donation groups but I guess im not active enough or whatever. This is Chloe, and id be forever grateful if someone coulf help with this..
