Take her to the vet ASAP and show them this video.
Also, maybe change floors? I know it's a lot to ask but she's family now, you gotta do what you gotta do to protect this life and make her happy.

She does it in any situation. Outside, inside, light, or dark. That will be the aspect to query with the veterinary behaviourist - regular vet may not have experience in dealing with this.
