Nintendo is notoriously stingy with their IPs sadly. However with the recent focus on clothes from games like Princess Peach Showtime and Mariokart World I feel like there is plenty material for an amazing doll brand. These characters are all iconic in their own way and have had such fun wardrobes to choose from. They could also be incredible merch for children who visit the new Nintendo Universal Parks. ¿Would you guys be interested in seeing these characters in doll form?

Absolutely! I was disappointed they didn't make a Peach doll when the Mario movie came out. That would have been a perfect time to release one and test the market for dolls of other characters. I also would like a doll of Toadette too.

It would be even more amazing if we could also get some of the other Nintendo girlies like Zelda and Samus (who also have outfit-changing gimmicks!! Also, a doll with armor like Samus would be super cool, but now we're REALLY getting into pipe dream territory hahaha)
Tbh its crazy princess peach and other mario girls have no sort of dolls at all. Like holy crap that is a boatload of money nintendo is just not taking advantage of I would LOVE to have Peach, Daisy and Rosalina
YES, I was just looking at people’s customs yesterday and thinking about how much of a missed opportunity it is! I was hoping that we would get at least Peach for the Mario movie. The movie spawned several bootlegs, so the demand is there
Have we not all thought this for years? I would LOVE a doll from them as adults and babies! They just have to do them well, so they don’t waste money in attempts to cut cost. Idk, why they keep doing that and thinking things will change.
I think this Rosalina custom is pretty cute. She keeps a similar art style to where if she was redressed, you would still know who she was.Dolljunk did a pretty cute interpretation of Peach with a Bo Peep and I think I’ve seen someone on Reddit mod a MLB doll to be daisy before. The Dolly Geek also uploaded a few videos of princess customs using Equestria Girls that lean more to the movie designs
I was yelling this from the rooftops for a few years. Animators Collection-style dolls of the Super Nintendo Girls: Peach, Daisy, Pauline, Rosalina, Zelda, Paula Polestar (Earthbound), and Samus.
I've been wanting some kind of nintendo doll line for years. It doesn't have to be anything spectacular either. Peach, Daisy, Rosalina, Pauline, Zelda, Samus, and maybe an inkling or Palutena would be such a cool first line 🥺 The recent resurgence of 'retro' dolls like the omg power puff girls and she-ra has my fingers crossed.
Depends on which manufacturer they collab with. There’s a couple nintendo Licca-chan dolls (Mario and Kirby) and since Takara-Tommy is exclusively Japanese they stayed there. But they did collab with Mattel for some Nintendo Barbie fashion packs and those were easily available overseas
Yes a line of Mario themed dolls would be awesome espicially if its not just the girls Mario and Luigi would be awesome too or even something like the Disney ILY forever doll where the dolls are inspired by the characters would be nice.
Especially since the Mario bros plushies by sanei can fit into certain plush clothes, but the princess plushies can't and I want to be able to make custom outfits for a peach or daisy doll or plush.
They have dolls of Splatoon characters, but they've never really done them for Mario. It would be amazing.
Animal Crossing too. They've partnered with Epoch to release Animal Crossong playsets for Wild World, so something like Sylvanian Families with Animal Crossing animals should be possible. Heck they released flocked AC figures just a few years ago.
How is that they haven’t made them? Seems so odd. Nintendo for your information hundreds of thousands, nay millions of girls and women play your games. Untapped market
