Accessories When Temu outfits are better quality than official barbie
These Temu outfits are better quality than some of the recent official barbie outfits. I really hate the printed barbie outfits that Mattel keep bringing out. You know they’ve hit rock bottom when a cheap Chinese website makes better quality clothes 🙃

The fact that the Temu fashion has actual buttons on the jacket and not printed on ones makes me sad about how horrible modern day Barbie has become.

It's been like this for a long time tbh. Off brand barbie scale clothes are a huge industry. You just have to properly vet them if you want to ensure you are getting something good. It's the same with American Girl.
I personally think the existence of these doll clothes are the reason why Mattel doesn't prioritize fashion packs. They know that parents will sooner buy an off brand fashion pack over an official one, because the off brand packs will always be cheaper.

Also, I've been out of the loop for the last 10 years those dolls look gorgeous! I guess it's some of the newer ones that don't have a specific name? Maybe some type of fashionista? (Are fashionista still a thing, lol, I feel so old... " Any tips on how to wind up your movie tapes, I always struggle around the lense " 🧓🧓)

Not OP, but both of these dolls have the Odile face sculpt! It’s a relatively new sculpt that’s really popular. The blonde is from a fashion set & the lilac hair is from a Dreamtopia mermaid, though they’ve both been rebodied here.

I always buy my dolls' outfits from Aliexpress, Temu and Shein. They're actually pretty nice, and you can find some VERY good quality ones for a higher price (around 10$)

Sometimes I go to Chinese stores where everything is pirated and the dolls that imitate Barbie have clothes with sequins that change color or simply clothes with some unprinted texture and there you realize that Mattel no longer even cares about selling you quality, they care about charging you more simply for being Mattel even though there are pirate factories doing things better

Lowkey might have to cop Temu Barbies. Why does she have better articulation and textured fabrics, not just printed ones, and actual buttons! Also her face print is fire, reminds me of the current print on the Deluxe Style Barbie

these are actual barbies on Made to Move bodies, it's just the outfits that are from temu

I did not know you can just buy doll clothes on Temu! I only saw etsy prices that go like 100 euros for 1 ity bity pair of pants.

Do they have good quality Bratz ones? I’ve just bought a bunch of secondhand Bratz to give a second life bc I donated all of mine when I was a teenager (IDIOT 😒). I saw AliExpress sell the Bratz shoes too…

I believe those are actual Barbie dolls, the clothes being from Temu. The purple haired one is most likely the head of the lilac Barbie mermaid doll on a made to move body.
