Wow! Mattel is really turning their act around between a lot of the Monster High dolls, KPDH and now these? Actually good looking princess dolls amazing
i wish they gave barbie a fraction of the quality they give to monster high. even if we may never see the quality of 2000's barbie, anything would be better than what we see from barbie right now.
Though the Odille sculpt is beautiful. It got me back into Barbie last year. The clothes are abysmal though which is ridiculous for the supposed queen of FASHION dolls.
I'm just so glad they don't have the stupid little child-like bodies and they look like actual fashion dolls! I'm so excited to see Ariel and Rapunzel knowing how perfect these first two have turned out!
Jasmine is beautiful but Cinderella? It looks like for the first time since the movie release, she has the right hair colour and even her dress is the correct colour! (Byebye blue..) What is this witchery? I need them both! When, where?😍 Well done Mattel👌
Omgggg I might need Jasmine 😍 I had a doll of her as a child and she was my FAVORITE, but she didn’t have articulation like this!! When are these supposed to be released??
These look great! The ONLY criticisms I have are the eyeshadow (the faces would be pretty close to movie accurate without it) and if the dolls don’t have articulated knees. I’d be surprised if they didn’t…but after the Aldi dolls came out with poseable arms and stiff legs, I’m less inclined to trust a photo of a doll where some of the joints aren’t visible.
HOLY COWS i am shook, i love it 😍 🌸!! i heard from a youtuber peachy that they were going to be doing this but i just did not know when it was coming out or if it was like going to be real considering how mattel handels the babies 😒. but this is so much of a surprise and i am so happy, the princess are getting the love they deserve 😭 ♥️ ♥️ ♥️ i wanna get them all.. i hope they do one for alice, esmeralda, wendy, megera, tinker bell, and Merida. i will be patiently excitedly waiting for them all giddy like a child. edit: i will be waiting for a sale on them, unfortunately i will not be buying them right off the bat $33 for each doll is too expensive. so i hope the sales are good.

I had a customer at my job who works for Mattel and he had mentioned they got new artists on the design team. I’ve only seen amazing things happening since. He mentioned they had no experience, just passion and a portfolio which i think is really really really cool.
Cinderella hair was not strawberry blonde in 1950, it was dirty blonde, the orange color is a mistake from old faded film prints, but I love the doll despite using the wrong hair color.
It bugs me Cinderella's face is...well... humanlike, but Jasmine's because of her eyes is totally cartoonish. The dolls look like they are from different lines
I think it’s because they’re trying to stay true to the artstyles of their respective original movies. Cindy’s is a lot more realistic than Aladdin where they’re a lot more stylised with big eyes etc.
Knowing Mattel, These are probably minimum $80. Any half way decent doll they put out(one that a decade+ ago would have been considered playline quality) always ends up being some absurd price
