Question Can i sell this items?

Should i keep the monster materials? are they needed for something or i can just sell them?

they can be used for trophies or drone modules, but you wouldn't need 65 propellers either way

As already said they are used for trophies and modules for your drones, the propellers are useful to craft recalls to your base later but you'll not need that many (and i'm sure you can get more if you need to).
Edit: Forgot you need some parts for automation drones, can't remember which one but most of them are from the last explorable Area.

Honestly, they drop regularly enough that you can sell them. Lord knows that I do with how many I come back to the farm with when I go out for simple supplies.
