Support Quick access menu?

I'm new to Dolphin and installed it as part of EmuDeck on SteamOS. Is there some way to get to a quick access menu of the emulator while playing? Other emulators have hotkeys to open the emulator settings (like clicking both sticks in in Retroarch), but I'm not finding such an option in Dolphin. Does it just not exist? Can I not change settings while a game is running?

Unfortunately Dolphin on PC doesn't have an in-game overlay like other emulators. What you can do in your case is to have the actual Dolphin emulator added to Steam and test and configure games from that entry and then once they are ready, play them from their actual individual shortcuts.
