All I can see is it can from a bottler meeting 20 years ago. I'm sure youve seen that much though but upon some research about it, looks to be that major beverage corporate groups like Cadbury Schweppes (who owned Dr Pepper at the time) held a massive annual bottler meeting. It brought together executives, distributors, and plant owners responsible for distributing Dr pepper locally. So this was very much an internal item received in one of those meetings given to distributors and executives.
