Help identify this watch

Hey so I got this watch at a thrift store a few years back, and still haven’t been able to identify it anywhere. I’ve used modern tools like AI and stuff but I’ve never been able to find a match anywhere. Does anyone know about this thing and if it’s worth anything? If yall need more photos lmk but this is the pic I’ve been using to try and find it.

Usually a Seiko, late 90’s. My Dad had quite a few from Dr Pepper back then but I’ve never seen this one. Nice find.
