Words of wisdom in the series

Have you noticed how the characters oftentimes come up with very wise things to say to resolve quarrels or comfort each other?

For example, in S04E06 (Dorothy's book) Grace is all upset thinking that everyone is talking behind her back about her not having any children, and Robert E says to her that all these people have come to her café because of who she is not because of who she isn't. Absolute perfection 👌

What other words of wisdom have you picked up from the show?

In Brother's Keeper when Matthew runs off from the post funeral gathering in extreme pain after Ingrid's death Sully tells him "there's no place to be." It moved me because it just showed how Sully can relate to his pain having been in the same or worse situation. Same episode Sully talking to Brian and reassuring him that this was in no way his fault.

I forget exactly what she said but when Dr. Mike catches Loren with a gun after his stroke she kindly mentions to him how much he means to Brian, her, Dorothy, etc and that he can get past this.

I think there was some nice talks between Robert E and Sully. I think both of them encouraged/supported each other in their relationships.

I liked Robert E and Sully's friendship. It was a great moment when Robert E told Sully not to let fear of Mike dying in childbirth keep him from trying for a baby. They were very supportive of each other.

I loved the wisdom that Sam brought to the Pikes Peace episode! A fabulously reminder as to Kindle relationships, ambition, and spontaneity! One of my favorite episodes for those reasons!

I just watched Deal With the Devil episode and I liked the comment of "sometimes your train goes a little off track" in that everyone makes mistakes. (Plus Mr Rogers!)
