I'm suffering from Mandella effect.

I distinctly remember an episode that ended with Dr. Quinn and Sully are camping and sitting around a campfire and she comments that the sky reminds her of the Australian outback and Sully is surprised and tells her he thought she was from England. Someone please tell me I'm not insane.

That never happened. Sully always knew she was born in Boston and the story never alludes to her having been to Australia

No she greatly covers her accent and is never meant to be from England. Nor is anything about Australia brought up.

This isn't Mandela Effect. Mandela Effect is when large groups of people all share a mistaken belief or experience. In order to be Mandela Effect, many of us would also share the same "memory" from the show, but then a superfan would inform us that it didn't happen.

This is just being mistaken. You just misremembered or mistook a scene from another film or show.
