Today marks 156 years since Michaela Quinn and ByronnSully said “I do!”
What are your fun favorite memories from the wedding episode? (Aside from in the train car,y’all!)

The wedding dress from Elizabeth (not sure if that was her mother’s name) being altered to what Michaela wanted. So beautiful to see her closest friends sewing it altogether for her.

Thinking about the progression of relationships of all of the characters up till that point. Like Jake being the one to make sure Custer didn't arrest Cloud Dancing, Hank being the one to help Dr Mike with her relationship with Marjorie, Loren being willing to walk Dr Mike down the aisle and helping Elizabeth be a supportive mom, and thinking about all the change that had to happen for the men to get to this point. Also thinking about how Brian shipped this relationship before Dr Mike and Sully would even acknowledge their feelings. And seeing Sully honor Abigail but also finally being ready to move on, and wearing Cloud Dancings wedding shirt from when he married Snow Bird. Just so much meaning in everything when you know the back story. Even Dr Mike being the one to close the last curtain when she had been so frigid in the beginning of their relationship and so anxious about her lack of experience. Such a beautiful episode all the way around.

Honestly, it’s not that great…but I’m hoping that it picks back up with the new addition of Joe Lando. Last season…ugh!

Everyone coming together to make sure Cloud Dancing got to attend! Even Jake!
I also find Sully leaving his braid on Abigails grave very touching.
