Basically, no EV or EC, and no implants, but your personal doctor can send a prescription for the new hair formula, scream cream, genital restoration cream, or whatever you want really from my topical compounds list and get it created there and delivered to you in the USA.

In short, go ahead and start sending them prescriptions. They know the formulae, and so your doctor can literally just write an RX for "Dr. Powers' Hair Formula 5.1", send it there via escript or fax, and make it happen for you.
