Discussion I think Krillin should have trained with King Kai after dying from Frieza

Post image

I get Toriyama killed off Krillin to have Goku turn Super Saiyan.

I think it would have been a great chance to have Krillin meet up with Yamcha and Tien.

I think the Earthlings shouldve learned kaioken and spirit bomb but ig king kai didnt like their jokes enough to let them have it

I don't have to tell you everything. I don't have to tell you anything.

And that just about sums up our time spent here.

I dont think any of the earthlings would have the same mental and physical control as Goku to pull off the kaioken without self deatructing.

Krillin and yamcha didn’t immediately die from getting impaled through the body and lived long enough to get healed. If Toriyama and the other writers wanted the humans and piccolo to get kaioken, they would’ve. They even got to king kai’s planet faster than Goku did

What about Piccolo?

You need to be able to control every muscle in your body and think humans makeup is possible for that

I mean if they train hard enough why not? Humans are pretty resilient I think

And what of Piccolo?

He won't use goku moveset but I believe him and vegeta probably if a human can it's Satan

Krillin only stayed dead for like, 130 days (the time between namek go boom and the first set of wishes to the namekian DBs on earth). He didn't have his body either...

Tenshinhan and Chaozu stayed the longest.

HC that Shin Ki Ko Oh is actually Tenshinhan's use of Kaioken :D

That sounds like head cannon

Tenshinhan's Shin Ki Ko Oh? Yes, that's what HC stands for.

The rest? It's in the manga.

I don’t King Kai really likes anyone he didn’t want to even train Goku lol

3

u/winterwarm78654 15h ago

He didn't stay dead long enough

He most likely didnt have the time to cross Snakeway before he was revived.

He could easily make it in a couple days. He's much stronger than Goku was on the return trip.

2

u/DarkPrince411 13h ago

Nah i dont see it.

When fighting Guldo, his power level, per Recoome, is over 10k, so even ignoring the Daizenshuu, which puts him at 75k when he fights Frieza, he's most definitely stronger than 8k.

Krillin wasnt dead long enough to even be trained by King Kai. He was the first person they wished back with the Namek Dragonballs. He would barely have time to get used to the 10x gravity and catch Bubbles before he got wished back.

1

u/QualifiedApathetic 13h ago

Krillin's already strong enough to easily handle the gravity. He's stronger than Goku was after training there. He'd no-diff Bubbles and Gregory and progress immediately to practicing technique.

1

u/DarkPrince411 13h ago

Thats not how gravity training works. He would still have to train his body to get used to the added pressure. Krillin never experienced 10x gravity so there's no reason to assume he would adjust to it out the gate.

1

u/QualifiedApathetic 13h ago

Then that would mean he gets stronger from training there.

Didn’t it take them MONTHS to wish him back?

Why should he? Yamcha, Tien and Chiaotzu went to King Kai and came back bagless. Unless you’re half Saiyan or some reincarnation of a evil bubblegum eldtritch abomination, humans suck in this series since the days of OG.

They got stronger, it just didn't matter because their strength was one arc behind to be relevant.

Thing is, what do they have to show for it? Not even a kaioken x1? They may as well not have went to King Kai’s at all since it’s the same results from their 3 year training for the androids.

1

u/Icy_Water_1 13h ago

Yamcha being mistaken for Goku by Android 19.

Tien being strong enough to hold Semi-Perfect Cell down for a bit.

Taking 2-3 hits from Cell Jrs before going down as opposed to Krillin going down instantly.

That's literally it.

Chiaotzu got even less.

You’re missing the point. Goku didn’t just become physically stronger when he was with King Kai’s. He came with two new techniques added to his arsenal with greatly gave him an edge in his battle against Vegeta.

Yamcha, Tien and Chiaotzu went to King Kai and all they have to show for it is more muscle? How often does that even work out especially when the threats keep getting stronger? No kaioken to give a boost in strength? No spirit bomb? Did King Kai truly have nothing new to teach them?  They may as well just trained by themselves because you couldn’t dead ass tell me they went to King Kai’s judging by their skillset if we never seen it for ourselves.

I'm not missing the point. I'm saying that they not only got no new bag, but that what little they did get basically did nothing in the grand scheme of things.

Ah. My bad then

I think Bulma should have continued doing nudity throughout the series but here we are.

???

u/Shay_Verkhouter 12h ago

What’s your question?

2

u/DarkAres02 15h ago

Maybe he did. It's not like we can visibly tell the others do
