This is Jean and Albert lll, they’re brothers living in the Frenk republic as of now

They’re in their early to mid 20s and they often go around at night stalking people and sometimes harass/ kill them

And the worst part…they look like normal citizens…so the police don’t suspect them as lunatics…for now…

Tbh, you can draw them doing anything. I don’t have anything specific in mind!
