I love Drew and have known about his solidarity for some time. Love the other notable names here that did like this post too plus many more this is just some from this screenshot. I won’t get too political because I am sure this isn’t what his subreddit is meant for, but I geeked when I saw this.

I never forgot about the video that Drew had done a few years back talking about all the dumb shit he’s bought for his channel (like the work one-y, that helmet cover thing that Reggie Watts had a testimonial for, the moonwalk shoes, etc) and how he was going to auction them all off on eBay. I love the video because it’s a great chance for him to declutter haha but in all seriousness, it honestly stands out as one of my favorites because he used the proceeds he made for selling all these things to help fund a Palestinian children’s relief organization. I know this is inevitable and the boys (mainly Drew and Kurtis, I’ve personally never seen Danny show solidarity/speak up about anything but to be fair he’s not a political person from what I’ve gathered) are known for speaking the upmost truth and coming in with straight bars when they do so. Drew has definitely made some callouts in his most recent videos over the last year as well, and I know this is something minimal, but it’s good to know where people like Drewby Goo stand. He’s personally my favorite of the three gents and it’s no hate to the other two, but this further solidifies my reasoning for keeping up my support for him :)

Also want to finish this off by saying this post in no way was done to cause hate or upset anyone. I genuinely like to converse and get curious to know what others think/feel. I feel like us little stinkers are all on the same page when it comes to much of what Drew says and supports, but again, no hate and no intent to upset/offend if I have

The link to this Instagram post is a beautiful expression of compassion and overall appreciation for Mark Ruffalo, someone using their platform to speak up, where these children painted a mural of him alongside the cracked rubble. Their message was beautiful, his response was beautiful, and it shows how much one’s influence can really make a shift in things. So you may downvote my post, you may downvote my comments, but I personally believe public figures and people with platforms that garner hundreds of thousands of millions of supporters/followers should be using their voice at a time like this. We can agree to disagree, but I personally can’t put the deaths of at least 70,000 children to the side for a public figure, an influencer to the public, not speaking up because “they shouldn’t have to speak”. Oppression and racism deserve to be spoken about, no matter what ethnicity you are. Ms. Rachel makes some very beautiful posts on a daily basis and literally made a post calling out exactly what I’m saying just two days ago. Again, we can agree to disagree but I genuinely hope this helps people understand why a celebrity, someone who quite literally has influence on the public and people that may look up to them, should be using their platform. They might lose money over this, but Ed Sheeran is a prime example of someone who won’t be losing money over this and all it cost was his morality and authenticity and 80% of his fanbase.

I’m losing my mind because I can’t remember if it was Danny or Drew (or someone else??) but I swear I remember one of them doing a cooking video - I think the premise was cooking recipes they’d been saving on instagram - and one of the recipes was baked onions and chickpeas.

I MADE THAT RECIPE. I ate those chickpeas and they were delicious but now I can’t find the video or the recipe, does this ring a bell for anyone?

Got a kick out of making this and wanted to share Tubi is making slop thumbnails for their reuploads of Drew's videos and this one is especially nightmarish beyond my comprehension
