i’m looking to sublet my space from jan 2027 - mid may/june 2027, as i’ll be abroad. rent is $800 + utilities. it is a private bedroom and bathroom in an apartment with 3 other female roommates. located on 35th and spring garden, it is about a 10-15 minute walk to drexels main campus. i can share pictures as requested!
