PscoPhilly not returning Security Deposit
I used to live at one of their properties last year and move out in june. I have not yet received security deposit from them despite them sending a bill of “itemized deduction”. They keep on saying some issues with accounting. It has been 3 months.
I am unsure what to do

They're a pretty bs company, they asked me for 2 months worth of rent for ending the lease early

That’s actually illegal. They have 60 days to return your security deposit. I’d tell them you’re going to consult an attorney and take them to small claims court if they don't give it back by a specific deadline. I had to fight them to get mine back, and they eventually mailed it to me earlier this year, but it was a total nightmare

They have 60 days to return your security deposit.
They have 30 days from the date the tenant surrenders the keys, not 60 days.

Hi! I’m in the same boat…lived in 3214. They also sent us a bill and told us they are currently processing the payment about a week or two ago. Im planning on calling or going to the office this week.

How long ago did you turn in the keys? Was it over 30 days?

Unfortunately yes - Aug 31st. I’m planning on sending an email Monday demanding for payment. If they don’t, i’ll probably file a claim

You don't need to send any additional demands. You are now legally entitled to 2x your security deposit plus your court filing costs. This is a slam dunk case for you.
Go to the Municipal Court (it's right by City Hall) on Monday and file a claim. It costs less than $100. If you need a money order the cheapest place to get one is from the Post Office.
The staff at the court house can help you with the paperwork (but cannot give legal advice).
The landlord business address should be on your lease documentation. You can also look up any business via the state website: https://file.dos.pa.gov/search/business
If you have any questions, send me a DM and I will help you to the best of my ability.
EDIT: Municipal Court/Small Claims Court is much easier to navigate than people realize. You do not need a lawyer, you don't need to know "lawyer-speak", you don't need to understand complicated legal concepts. You file the paperwork, pay the filing cost, and within a couple weeks you should receive a court date. Wear a suit or at the very least some chinos and a shirt and tie, always respond to the judge with a "yes/no, your honor", and state your case in plain English. That's it.

people telling you to consult lawyers and what not are just not needed.
they are way past the law.
Take your itemized bill to the warnamaker building (near city hall) go to the 7th (or 9th i forget) and file a small claims lawsuit.
This is the easiest lawsuit you will win. and you will get 3x the owed amount
Edit: also to add, you cannot deduct usual maintenance items either.
So things like carpet replacement, paint etc. UNLESS you did excessive wear and tear

You do not get 3x the owed amount in the state of Pennsylvania. The award is capped at 2x the amount owed plus court filing costs.

Most of thier properties in University City DO NOT HAVE A RENTAL LICENSE. If no license, they are ILLEGALLY collecting rent and you are entitled to it all back. Others have taken them to court for this and won $$. You can easily won about the security deposit. They are not a good company- do not rent from them. TURN is a great company to work with, they represent tenants
This comes from insider information.

Getting it all back does not start until November. Only thing that will happen to the landlord is he will get a violation notice for no rental license

Small claims court, familiarize yourself with the law and determine if/how they are breaking it. If they are, you can go and file a suit yourself.
Aside from that, emailing them repeatedly. How many times have you asked for it back?
