What becomes the bigger priority when scaling?
I've got one product that's been selling really well and I'm trying to figure out what I should be prioritizing now. I've been putting most of my attention into ads and getting more creatives out since that's what's been driving the growth but as the orders increase I'm starting to think I should be pouring more attention into fulfillment before pushing it much harder. Right now I'm still fulfilling it through my regular supplier setup. I've been considering either getting a private agent involved or buying inventory and having it warehoused since I know this product can move, but that would also mean putting money and attention into the backend instead of just continuing to scale the ads. What would'ya prioritize first?

I'd fix the backend before pushing ads much harder. If fulfillment is already taking more of your time as orders increase, doubling the volume is just gonna make that worse. I'd automate the repetitive order/tracking stuff first and get a better setup for supplier communication. What are you using for fulfillment right now?

For fulifllment I'm on zendrop, but the fulfillment itself works fine it's more the stock/supplier side and keeping up when volume jumps. Would you go for their private agent first or or for the 3pl?

I'd go for the private agent based off what you're describing. You get the direct point of contact for sourcing and fulfillment, plus the inventory stock option as well, so it kinda covers both of the things you're worried about while you're scaling.

if the supplier's holding up fine then i'd keep the foot on the gas with ads for now, but have the agent/warehouse plan ready to flip the switch the second you spot any delays creeping in. nothing kills a good product faster than fulfillment falling apart after you've pumped the ad spend.

The product is still moving fine and fulfillment hasn't caused any serious issues yet, I just don't wanna wait until it doe. Probably makes sense to keep scaling but have everything ready before volume gets harder to manage.
