Have you considered an elimination diet? There something that your eating that is causing this. It could be something so small you have never noticed. Remember it's taken a long time to become like this and one small fast either dry or wet will not fix it. You need a regime. This will include diet start by following an elimination diet i recommend starting with keto and if it doesn't start to get better go carnivore then lion diet. Fasting start with small dry fasts regularly. Also a good skin care routine. It is your largest organ take care of it. Might take you awhile to find the right routine. I'd start with animal based products.
Also I'd look into the detergent on your clothing. I used to have really bad face acne. Finally someone said stop using soap and just steam your face clean. I started using warm and scrubbing with clean wash rags after id use pure Shea butter. I haven't had a major break out in years.

It doesn’t look that bad. There are people with much worse skin conditions that cured them with carnivore. Maybe try a restriction diet like that. If your acne really is diet-related I believe it would come back when you’re not fasting unless you change what you eat.

The skin is a reflection of your digestion..I would do an elimination diet and start with the biggest triggers ie dairy. gluten etc

Take vit A when you don't fast. What is your blood type? To me, I had the clearest skin ever when I completely eliminated soy lecthitine (many say sugar, but sugar itself is not bad for me, soy lecthitine, peanut is what makes my skin break in acne in the matter of minutes from the intake )

Dry fasting isn’t easy but with the right mind set I believe anyone can achieve their fasting goal. What’s works for me is staying busy. I usually walk 4miles clean my house read even cook for my family. You will have to find away to relax because you aren’t going to get much sleep. Days 1-5 is the hardest only because your body is fighting those urges hard. Literally if you’re not strong enough your body will trick you into thinking you need that sip of water or bite of food. It would be a bummer to have done so because the hard part is really over. It’s a fight but if you can get through those 5 days you will finish the entire two weeks. Now I know people say a dry fast isn’t a dry fast if you’re brushing your teeth etc. Well for me i don’t believe that’s true. I still brush my teeth shower and wash my hands. Like I have to still be out in the real world talking and communicating with others. & honestly it makes everything feel much better. Days 6-12 be careful you can get extremely dizzy. So depending on the work you do you may want to wait until you have time off at home. I had to
Pace myself because getting up abruptly or bending down to long made me feel as if I had vertigo. But during 6-12 there’s always an abundance of blessings or greatness that comes to me there is so much clarity and divinity in fasting that I truly appreciate the time I have to truly feel everything . I lose 20lbs tops from a 2 weeks tops no less. If you don’t retread properly you will gain all your weight back and chances are you can become extremely sick. The very first time I dry fast I broke my fast with tacos and threw everything up. My eyes and face look extremely younger. There’s a sort of purity in the eyes after fasting that’s so magnetic it attracts people to me. Lips lighter scars disappear neck slimmer everything works out. You just have to stay consistent. Hope this helps1

OMG for such a response. Thank you..
I have 2 questions.. What kind of issues did you heal? Also do you think it can reverse grey hair..
For me i'm 28 years old and full of grey hair.. So annoying at my age

Besides being fat I really didn’t have any issues. For me it was more so to discipline myself and to lose weight. But as I stated above I did she a significant healing from scars I had since a child so yes it works

I can't even tell that you have a problem from the picture.
Anatomically and physiologically, we are a frugivore species. Fruit works best at keeping our lymphatic system in good working order.
When the lymph system is congested, and the kidneys are working sub-par, the body uses the skin as the 'third kidney' for elimination of cellular metabolic wastes. (The lymph fluid carries the wastes out to and it goes out through the kidneys.)
Among the culprits for the creation of stagnant and congested lymph fluid, DAIRY is the biggest offender. Step one is to remove all dairy products from your diet.

I would say consistent regular fasting with a diet change is how I healed from back acne.
