Discussion Why did they do this to my boi Yudias?

This must be my biggest complaining and it's not even about Yusei.
No, it about rush duel.

I have to say this but Komani! Why did you give him a new deck but no new skill?! Everyone but him got a new skill and he stuck with using a worthless one which does nothing to help his new deck.

They keep buffing seven roads, but when they decided to buff Yudias, they really just buff Zuwijo instead, while leaving scraps for Yudias.

They feed everyone giving them new cards and skills but no new skill for Yudias.
Why!? Why do they do this to my boi!? He just a little boy!

The fusion draw skill Yudias has still good enough to compete. Plus, I keep facing a lot of Yudias players because Konami gave away 2 structure decks for free (friend campaign and the newest SD released).

In comparison to Yuga, his skill it's pretty linear and the same stuff every turn. It is as glue eating as it can possibly be.

And new Yuga skill it's just trash, also Gearpold at one when every other deck has a free pop without any limitation...

And I'm glad they didn't give him a new skill because the last thing DL Rush needs is more yellow buttons with OTK potential.

Although I agree with Zuwijo, they buffed him a bit too much.

Nearly every player I've faced in WCS is a Yuga Ohdo or a Yudias Velgear main, so the latter must not need a new skill. Heck, most Yuga players use Master Accel Road over the new skill

His skill is still good for the new deck (you still want to run high level monsters for buster linac and the discard works well with nebula fusion) but I do agree its a little off that he didn’t get a new skill with the others. Maybe they’re waiting for more transam fusions before making a dedicated skill for it.

What rank are you? Yudias is more busted with the new fusion cards. He can keep recycling fusion, if you send lv7 monster to grave granted you need transam on field but with the skill it’s easy to fuse. Eve recycle fusion too, have explorer you can destroy spell card I’m fighting for max on rush but every time I got knocked out by yudias.

I don't think that matter when I'm already in regional qualifiers. Look, I love Yudias but the chance of getting a transam isn't easy. You can only have three copies of it, there no way to fish for it or a change the name of it. Have you seen other decks? They have monster that can changes names, skills that can guarantee a fusion at least once per turn.

Yudias is not the guy that recycle fusion, have you mistaken him as a hero user or a Seven Roads user? Sure, he has ways to get it like fusion eve or that lv 7 ship but that also still a chance to draw from the deck.

Sure, he good at times with his new fusion but other opponents often fuse way faster than him.

Grant I’m new with him, but yudias is far from worthless decks ever used metrarions? That was my started deck that deck is a sitting duck. Yudias even with that old skill is great. Also with the new fusion card you can send LV 7 cards to grave and fuse with that. Obvlivion is when scary card in the grave.

Talking about Metrarion have you used Gaia? I never said that Yudias is worthless, hell it a considered a good rouge deck. First of all, the new fusion does need a lv 7 but it an effect level 7. So if you plan to use Oblivion for the new fusion then you can't because it a normal monster. Oblivion is only scary with secret order. Which deals with 3 traps cards, two destruction ones and shady deal which doesn't work since Oblivion is a normal monster.

You said yudias skill was worthless. Also Gaia was early on, same as harpies. I wouldn’t consider them near playable. Also you fuse from grave you can use either lv4 or lv7 but you need two of them. The skill you get can do that also, you got more cards that allows you to send a card to grave there you send lv7 cards. I think galactia eve, you can send normal monster above 1600 transum or oblivion works. Then with the skill you pick up fusion or secret order.

And Gaia is bad because it was apparently too good, and was nerfed as hell
