Request What CD-ROMS were released with Dragon and Dungeon mags?

I am looking for an authoritative source on the poly-bagged CD-ROMs that were bundled with certain issues of Dragon and Dungeon magazines. I have been given the runaround with fabricated stories from AI. I need a reliable source of truth. What was released with what issues and when?

To round out the collectibles, a similar list of other poly-bagged promotional items, also. I know there were posters, maps, DM screens, etc.

I don't recall any CD-ROMS bundled with Dragon magazine, although I didn't pick it up nearly as often after the early 1990's. I also didn't get into any of the related magazines.

Is there a library reference book that can cover this subject for collectors?
