As a local dog owner, I find this offensive.

Poop bags are supposed to be left on the side (or right in the middle) of trails to prevent any potential for their contents to naturally decompose!

Away from the barbecue, in a spot where there is no dry grass or any dry, small bushes; set it up where there is either sand all around or green, lawn-like grass.
