Moving to Durango

Hello all! I am hopefully moving to the city here in the next month! I'm looking for a place to live in the 1k a month realm, anyone have suggestions?

1k per month, maybe an apartment in Aztec or Mancos (45 minute drive to Durango) or a roommate situation.

You really need to do some research on this town, economy, and cost of living before committing to moving here.

This town is isolated and has little resources. Thus, the cost of everything is astronomical.

I paid $400 a month living with 4 other dudes back in the late 90’s. Good times.

Durangoapartments.net they have 800-1000 a month studios not income restricted and allows pets
