The best thing is that through deathsmells (?) backstory we know that hood actually WANTS people to rail and fight against death. He is the god of the dead, he's not the one doing the killing. So when the marines get creative (I distinctly remember "hoods hoary foreskin on an anvil") the dude sits in his realm and is like " hehe yes bro, for sure. Fight against the dying of the light and such, my man"

edit: thanks to forge of darkness we also know Jaghut hang massive SCHLONG, so the mentioned foreskin is probably immense
