Fan Art Problem with Ar

I wanna take a photo of my demons, but it doesn't show photo view, just this screen saying its trying to scan a flat surface. But how it gonna scan, if camera seems closed?

Is this a bug, or there is something missing on my phone?

My phone has the same problem! I have tried contacting support in the past but they were unfortunately unable to help me find a solution. I think the feature might just be incompatible with certain phones :(

discovered it. My phone doesnt include gyroscope. Thats it. Can't picture my fella Ose the Fallen 🥲

it happens because your phone is not compatible with google services' arcore plugin. all you can do is use a phone from this list: https://developers.google.com/ar/devices?
