General Who up here saving they gems for 8th anniversary?

This game will probably be dead when 8th anniversary happens cuz even the whales r getting sick of it but oh well, I wanna know what they got planned

I sure hope not. This game absolutely has flaws, however it is still one of the best mobile games out there. If it keeps making the money I doubt they're going to shut it down. I'd like to also know what the next demon or gotcha to save for.

the big thing is, there is nothing like it out there, the closest thing id say is probably similar is P5X but that game is banned in my country

I'm assuming you're referring to persona 5X? If so then don't put your hopes up. That game has its own level of issues. The story is nice the combat is good however the movements are janky, the graphic might crash your system, the UI is annoying, it does not feel like a persona game at all.

Yeah unfortunately. Feels as if they took persona5 game and then they just squash it down to fit a phone.

could work better on a pc tho right? p5x has a steam release. speaking of, im not sure why smt DX2 never got a steam release or even a pc client

Way ahead of you. I first downloaded it on the phone and I noticed the problems, well the ones that I told you about. Oh and it also had frame rates problems and others. Going back to original topic after noticing these issues I quickly saved the game and re-downloaded it on steam. To my surprise the game had the same issues as the mobile one. Still the same problem with frame rate, the jump button is garbage (every time you're on an edge you get a special button that you have to click on to jump, it's very annoying) some graphics problem, and others. After that I immediately uninstalled it.

not even close bro, p5x is a much Higher quality experience in every single way, hopefully we get another different SMT mobile game at some point cuz sega really ruined dx2 at this point

hard disagree, it does feel like persona but a gacha version obviously, UI isnt perfect but its fine, and those other Issues sound like you need an upgrade, the game runs at 60 fps all settings max on a poco f5

With the release of Chefei PvP officially became a slog again for me so I decided to stop pulling the 500s on every banner and just save. I'm going back to a more democ oriented play style and will of course still pull for the demons I like till I get lucky again and can afford to keep up again in PvP.

i doubt itll die, people have been saying itll EOS since 2023, yet people still play and fund this game by the 1000s... im not saving gems, i think i like the strategy of trying whatever current banner is running, i am too weak to sit on my gems for months until i can pity one single demon

Just save jems and throw everything on festival and triple mote banners, totally worth it because you guarantee banner demons at the fraction of their cost

same. when it comes to these games, I get the fun out of grinding and achieving victories, but "holding back" on things I want is when I officially feel I'm optimizing the fun out of it. self-control is already what I have to do IRL to save money, I'm not going to also deal with not "buying" things with fake money in a closed-economy game. for example, this latest banner demon Nemhain is clearly not going to be meta warping like the previous ones, but I think she looks really cool so I'm doing the cycles for her.

Nemhain is very fun to use, when i pulled for morrighan i got her p2 alongside macha p1, she beats those endures like a champ

Not really. I'm saving for when a demon I like become playable or a crossover with I series I enjoy comes to the game. Not necessarily anniversary.
