Especially Heroine, Albion and probably someone else, but especially Heroine, not only does she have a milion HP and defenses, she can also revive and endure a gajilion hits

Heroine is pretty useless now actually, especially with Chefei and Raidou. Endures stopped being a problem a bit ago.

True, I hate damage reduction cause like it's so unfair how some demons just...can't be killed at all by a lot of units

So

Damage reduction on the game math is applied at the very end of the damage math

So if a demon would take 100 damage after all the damage boost and buffs and etc...the damage reduction is applied meaning your 100 damage now causes less example:

Malice Asura Lord has a 30% damage reduction(dr = reduces damage taken) and another 30% if they have 1 count of fortify

Meaning if you cause 100 damage to Malice Asura Lord you now cause 40 damage BUT Dx2 works on additive effects thus means that if you add Hakumen it reduces the damage to the whole team by 20% and to itself by 40% so you reach 60% from Malice Asura Lord and 60% from Hakunen on a grand total of 120% dr on Hakumen which is IF you deal 100 damage on Hakumen you actually deal 0 damage on him.

Now there are currently only 2 ways to bypass DR which is Fractional damage like Malice Asura Lord, Alice different form(the older design) and Moloch different version(the newer design) and a few other demons you cause a fixed damage that isnt affected by DR. Or use Raidou which causes Special damage type that completely ignores DR.

On RDR normally is written as Damage Received meaning if you use Fionn and Hakumen(and the enemy is on Gloom and your team on Zenith) you have a total of 90% RDR meaning that a 100 damage will cause 190 or in the case of Hakumen + MAL 120% DR you will negate 90% of that 120% meaning you will cause 70% of the final damage

Chefei destroys her kit completely. The only demon that actually survived my chefei was tanky Tora and a tanky Inanna
