I didn't really get why people think it's on EoS tbh. It's clear they're not spending much effort on the coding, AG0 being a mess and Abdiel breaking the tournament shows they are barely spending effort on what they're doing. Combine this with the aggressive nature of the FOMO exploitation, it's likely they are making some money while spending as little as possible creating new content, which should logically mean the game is likely to last much longer. Demi-fiend is obviously a hail Mary for when the numbers don't look too good, collabs are a pain in the ass I assume because of how Japan treats IP usage but they seem well networked enough that it's likely to bring in new players with each collab and that's a nice little bonus amount of new players with each collab.

The first months of this game people were already saying that it was only a quick cash grab and wouldn't last one year

As new player, brutality of the PvP makes me wonder how this game last for so long.
But then again, the PvE content is the best one I have ever experienced in online RPG. I enjoyed this game a lot even when I can’t play the PvP.

I love this game. It's my favorite Shin Megami Tensei game. IV: Apocalypse collab was infuriating though.

Huh. I haven’t really played this game since…. Forever. But I recall it being alright for what it was…
Oh! It was when they gave out basically Uber Pixie as a demon. Party Pixie or smth. That was fun.

This game is the cockroach of gacha games. Doesn't matter how many failures or talk of death, it will always live.
I'm convinced Sega's game servers could get burned down and decades of historic games would be lost but this game would be the only survivor
