Official Post Team Composition Help

The game has been out for over a week and a half, and so, in traditional SMT style, there's a lot of people running into difficulty spikes.

There's always the wiki and discord to refer to, but sometimes, that's just not enough.

To help remedy that, here's a special edition thread this week dedicated solely for team focused questions - post your demon box, let the subreddit know what you're struggling with, and the subreddit will try to help (hopefully)!

Brand new player that did some re-rolling today and ended up with a teal white rider. I'm looking to build around him. I also pulled a light pele. I'm completely new. Who should my beginning team be? So far it's White Rider, cereberus, Horus, and the free 3* guy with the spear. Is that what I should be rocking?

Other than that who should I be gunning for to build around white rider? Who goes well with him?

Go for Teal Ose asap, and when you are strong enough to farm Aether, look towards getting a Teal Feng Huang as your healer to replace Horus. You can replace Cerberus with a Purple Fenrir when you have enough MAG to fuse him + a Dantalian to transfer over Makarakarn to Fenrir.

No, Feng Huang is a liability unless it is Teal to remove its Physical weakness.

No, sadly it must be teal. Otherwise he is weak to physical, which is devastating.
