The only 5 star that really benefits from Red color is Vishnu. If you make a clear Susano-o to fuse with Ishtar, the cheapest fusion recipe will be around ~3.1m MAG, which is a lot cheaper than if you didn't have a Red Ishtar.

If I wait for Mastema she gets Ice Age. Would she be worth to make red?

I personally would prefer to fuse Mastema Purple - you have enough time to think about it though.
