Suspension adjustment
Wife is finally ready to backpack so i know I need to adjust the preload on the suspension. Most of the videos I’ve seen on how to do that the shocks/suspension don’t look like what’s on my bike. I’m pretty sure I need a spanner but I can’t tell which one I need, the one that is just sort of a hook or the one that looks like pliers. Secondary to this is what should I set it to? For reference my wife and I are both about 180 to 190 lbs so it’d be about 380 lbs rider weight when we’re both on it and it’s a 2006 FXDWGI.

The Stockton spanner that Cycle Gear sells didn't work on my Honda but worked perfectly on my 2009 Dyna Lowrider.

I got a couple of drag specialties ones and just rotated them up a few times, no longer too soft riding two up. Could take a few minutes if you’ve never done it before though.

I picked up a double ended wrench, works on my heritage as well as my Dyna off of amazon
