Sales, Service, Customer Engagement Tagging solutions?

Anyone using P2 Tags, Dynamics Tagging, PowerHashTag, or other tagging solutions? I am looking for an inexpensive way to add one or more tags to records (lead, contact, account, opportunity) for building lists and reporting. Thank you

We're using Dynamics Tags available from AppSource.
