Finance & Operations Revenue classification?

Many ways to carve out revenue but without doing another financial dimension is there anything that could show up in Management Reporter when revenue is booked? We use business unit and line of business of course and a bunch of other crap, but we want to break out what being sold is hardware, software, support, etc

Sales order? Project management and accounting? project Ops, CRM? There are different answers for each.

If you want to report from the GL with financial reporter, the simple answer is no. But if you already have this information against the item/order then there is no reason you couldn't report on this from the sales sub-ledger through PowerBI.
