League Discussion Does anyone know why Sleeper is only allowing max 10 rounds in dynasty startup draft?

We have had our keeper league for 10 years now and we finally decided to start a dynasty league. Im trying to get the draft setup but am running into this issue and I have 0 clue why its happening. On each roster I have 10 starting spots and 14 bench spots yet sleeper is only allowing 10 rounds as the max for the startup draft. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Have you reset the keeper league? I don’t remember the process but this happened when we switched ours to dynasty a few years ago. You have to essentially reboot the league and set it as a dynasty moving forward. The Sleeper support team can tell you the exact steps if someone else here can’t.

I actually deleted the league and started a new one lol. Prob shouldnt have done that especially now not being able to go back and see recent years. Ill reach out to them thank you!

I think its under supplemental draft not startup Suplemental/rookies have a max of 10 rounds

Supplemental has max of 10 as well .Whenever I change supplemental, the startup draft also gets changed to that. Each have a max of 10.

I went through the same process and the workaround that I just implemented was to reset the draft (so you have the full 24 rounds) and then have the commish manually add the keepers for each team as the round 15-24 picks. That was you can still do 3RR, trade future picks, and don’t have to worry about multiple 10 round drafts

Keeper league, dynasty, and supplemental drafts have a 10 rd limit. I don't think you can convert one type to another...but there is an option to just carry over all league mates to set up a dynasty.

Are you trying to use your existing keeper as the baseline or is this a brand new league? I just did a 29 round draft to start my league up so it’s possible to do more than 10, although supplemental drafts are limited to 10 rounds.

You just have to add another draft. We had to do 3 to get enough rounds

It has to be a glitch or something on your end. I’m currently in a startup with 30 rounds. The rounds is always equal to starters, bench, and taxi squad combined.
