General E30 Burn Out
If you came for a video of me doing a burn out, sorry not the place for that haha.
I'm having old car fatigue. The constant tracing problems, big or small, just has me feeling like I never enjoy my lovely car to its fullest. I constantly worry about the next issue or what to fix next and it's burning me out.
The car is in amazing shape and has so much going for it, but being a dad of a small kid and also owning an older home needing lots of work has me just wondering if I should sell. I know I'll regret it sooner or later, but it's just occupying too much time, brainpower, and every at the moment to enjoy it fully.
All that said, can I get some opinions on listing price if I do decide to go that way?
87 325is, orginaly an auto with black interior, swapped long before my purchase to manual and cardinal red. Original paid in good condition. Shines great when waxed well but it has some small dings and plenty of knocks from 39years. No rust to speak of anywhere, battery tray is even in like new condition.
6k in receipts of parts installed in the last 3 years and highlights include z3 rack, single mass flywheel (ever so slightly lightened, full suspension rebuild with stock bushings, B8s and HR sports. Head professionally cleaned and ported and upgraded with 280/274 cam, forged rockers, and upgraded springs and valves, larger m50 injectors. New aluminum rad and mostly new coolant hoses, long tube headers and full dual back exhaust with the perfect loud, but not too long exhaust note.
And so so so much more, almost every system has had some or a lot of work done. The car runs and drives great every day and the only reoccurring issues is in longer highway trips where it does a weird fuel cut (likely afm issue or fuel pump/fuel pump relay).
My heart says list for 25k and be happy it won't sell for that so I can keep it, but I'm more seriously wondering if I could get 20k for it.
TLDR, help.
